Upcoming rapper OTF Nunu was killed on the South Side of Chicago on May 31 when an unidentified suspect approached his vehicle and opened fire outside of the Chatham Village Square Mall. OTF Nunu, whose real name was McArthur Swindle and who also went by Nuski, was just 21 years old.

Swindle was in his SUV in the mall parking lot when the assailant opened fire on him, Cook County police told the Chicago Sun-Times. The police suggested that Swindle’s murder may have been gang-related, though his aunt, Sherri Swindle, insisted that the rapper wasn’t involved in any gangs.
According to Vibe magazine, Lil Durk's affiliate and fellow rapper OTF Nunu was shot and killed outside the Chatham Village Square Mall on Chicago's South Side yesterday (May 31).

Just days ago, Lil Durk released a set of visuals featuring Nunu on the song “OC.”
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Swindle’s shooting may have been gang-related. The shooting took place shortly after 3:00 p.m. when an unidentified suspect approached Swindle in his vehicle and began shooting.
Complex reports that Nunu was seated in a vehicle and tried to escape when the shooting occurred. Nunu apparently crashed his SUV into a window-front after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds.
Reportedly, someone walked up to Nunu and started shooting. Nunu was prepping to release a mixtape title Nuski Got Da Strap this summer.
